Getting Your Return Filed on Time

If you are an existing travel nurse tax client you will receive a scheduling email and current year tax survey in early January. All Important Tax Documents must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment .

For new clients: After you complete your tax survey and tax home residence questionnaire, we will schedule a target completion date. Your tax appointment will be confirmed within 48 hours of us receiving your Important Tax Documents.

Finalizing Your Travel Tax Return

Appointment: We review all tax returns with the taxpayer(s) prior to finalizing the returns. After all this is your return. We'll answer your questions and make any final corrections based on your review. Although most appointments are 'virtual appointments" we do offer in office appointments at no additional charge.

Once the return is complete, you’ll sign two or three forms electronically and pay us our previously agreed fee. We’ll eFile your return and forward to you the final copy of your return(s). If you have a refund due you should generally receive that in 10-14 days.
